Why is this important?
The demands on nurses and hospital staff have been terribly risky! The potential for harm, injury and even death to our patients is at all-time highs due to reductions in staff. The grids used are numbers based regardless of the acuity of our patients, resembling a factory assembly line! Health care is personal and individual, we need our time back to care for and heal our communities!
