We, the undersigned residents of Florida believe the rights protected by the U.S. Constitution are the rights of natural born persons, that corporations and businesses are not
entitled to these rights, and that therefore the SupremCourt's Citizens United decision must be overturned by a constitutional amendment and supported by the Florida
legislature by passing resolutions during the upcoming session.
The country is angry about having the people's voice so minimized. Over 80% of the voters, crossing party lines,
disagree with the Supreme Court's Citizens United Decision, its corrupting influence and preferential treatment of big
business and the wealthy over ordinary people. Each state MUST send a message to Congress in support of a
Constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United. It is urgent to seize the national momentum NOW, to tell our Florida legislature to pass this resolution and send it on to Congress, letting them know the People of Florida want repeal.

Ending the corporate funding of our elections and giving them back to the people.
