Follow the LA Dodgers' Lead: Support Immigrant Families!

The Los Angeles Dodgers are committing $1 million to support families who are being torn apart by Immigrations and Custom Enforcement (ICE) raids in Southern California communities.
The team also recently stopped ICE from entering their stadium parking lot in LA.
Major sports leagues have an undeniable power to build community and shape culture—which is why the Dodgers’ move to protect immigrants is so powerful. The LA Dodgers did the right thing, and now it’s time for other Major League Baseball teams to follow their lead. Sign the petition >>
Why is this important?
Donald Trump’s escalation of immigration sweeps across California has led to hundreds of arrests—ripping families apart, disappearing people from the street, and sowing chaos.
Immigration raids across California are sparking fear among families, small business owners, and entire communities. Food-truck vendors are staying home, students are missing school, and families are missing critical health care appointments.
New York City and Chicago have vibrant immigrant communities that are also part of baseball’s diverse and rich history. These cities are also being targeted by Trump’s inhumane mass deportation raids. The New York Mets and Yankees, as well as the Chicago Cubs and White Sox, should match the LA Dodgers' $1 million commitment and support immigrant neighbors. Add your name.
