Force the Republicans to Really Filibuster

The undersigned hereby send a clear message to the Democratic leaders of the Senate. We want you to force the Republicans to hold the floor in order to filibuster a vote on a bill. A majority of the senate -- 51 votes is should be enough to pass a bill. No super-majority is necessary on votes that are not constitutionally mandated. Make them embarrass themselves when it comes to obstructing unemployment or public works stimulus or public employee hiring.
