Losing home to illegal foreclosure. Disabled Vet and partner had lousy lawyer. And Mellon's attorneys filed illegal documents in Bankruptcy and Civil court.
Evil Judge let foreclosure go through to Bank of New York Mellon who has no standing. No one cares, no one is listening. Foreclosures should stop now, stop kicking people out of their homes.
We had no due process, so many illegal things happened during this whole process. Banks have the courts in their pockets.
