Over 20 Years of legislation and litigation has made discharge of student loans through bankruptcy an extremely difficult and mysterious process that very few people are able to do. The aspirations, hopes, and dreams of people wno simply tried to better their lives by pursuing further education and training should not be ruined by Student Loans. Banks should not be allowed to garner astronomical profits guaranteed by the US Government while they punish and humiliate debtors who are unable to repay their loans in a matter that satisifies the bloodlust of these sharks. Why is this important?
There is a cancer growing on the students of America. This cancer is so malicious and resolute that it keeps millions of Americans impoverished for the rest of their lives. The cancer, of which we speak, is the aggressive collection practices used by student loan lenders (mostly the US Department of Education) against borrowers incapable of repaying their loans.
