With student loans that have buried Kentucky residents in years of this burden, it should NOT be allowed to attach these unpaid loans to ANY government entitlements due the individual. Especially the Baby Boomer generation. We didn't implement the laws that are in place. The generation before us did. With the 1( one ) exception of World War II , the prior generation only protected themselves and screwed up EVERYTHING for the current, Baby Boomer generation which is in power now. The previous generation are antiques and out of touch of everyday, American life.
