Mandate that potential candidates for Foster Care provider services must comply with and pass Mental Health screenings for profound mental health issues and diagnoses and those who are found incapable to care for these children or who are diagnosed mentally incapable and/or incompetent declared unfit and deemed UNSUITABLE for Foster Care Provider Services. Period.
