Stop the dangerous practice of fracking in Ca. until a more thorough investigation of its harmful effects can be completed. N.Y. has such a moratorium now. Why not Ca.???
Why is this important?
California has no regulation of the fracking process which has shown to be so dangerous in other states (Pa., W. Va., Ohio). We ask for a moratorium on the fracking process (like N.Y.) until a through investigation can be done.
