Until independant scientific studies can be conducted to determine the safety of the practice known as fracking a moratorium should be placed on this type of drilling near Nuclear and Ground Water recharge areas.
Why is this important?
A Federal law should ban fracking within 10 miles of Nuclear Plants and Facilities and groundwater recharge areas until science can prove the safety of such activities.
