FRAUDCLOSURE STATE OF EMERGENCY
It's time for serious action and accountability on behalf millions of American homeowners that have been devastated by the housing crisis, job loss, and bank fraud.
The Attorneys General made an agreement settlement with the banks dismissing the mass forgery and robo-signing of documents forcing families from their homes, confiscating the land and the devastation our lives. In doing so without a serious number of investigative task force assigned to further investigate the largest fraud in US history, the banks are still profiting from our losses in an unprecedented gluttony of profit. The banks are incentivized to foreclose as they receive money from the govt (taxpayer money) to modify and work with struggling home owners to stay in their homes - which they, the banks do not do. The banks also receive insurance money on the back end when they file for the foreclosure "loss", which also comes from tax payer money, and the banks have so corrupted the chain of title, the MERS registrations, and the original notes to these homes that they cannot produce the legal documents or "notes" to the homes they are stealing illegally from private citizens, original investors in the mortgage trusts and hard working families that have spent their life savings and hard work to have a home. The silence is deafening when so many of us are crying out and not even acknowledged by our AGs, with the exception of a very few. The congress, the senate and the President never mention that in California alone there are more than half a million houses in foreclosure and with the current economic crisis and lack of jobs, this is a state of emergency not being tended to. Are we all supposed to go to a sports arena and sleep on cots and talk about the homes we used to love and where we raised our children, planted gardens, built our dreams? This is a national state of emergency for all Americans as their tax dollars are funding the largest fraud in our nations's history and so many are looking the other way due to the election cycle we find ourselves perpetually in. It's time to say enough is enough and regulate these banks, call a moratorium on all foreclosure actions and prosecute these crimes against our citizens. Imagine if Main street had the affordability to pay their rents and mortgages in a fair market. The economy would rebound quickly and abundantly.

Why is this important?
More than half a million homes are in foreclosure in California only, yet the banks have been bailed out again at the expense of homeowners and tax payers with the uninvestigated settlement made with the banks for forgery and mass "robosigning." The banks are incentivized three ways to profit from foreclosing rather than modifying and or refinancing struggling homeowners and families in this job crisis and the inflated housing market brought on by the mortgage back security scandal. The banks get our tax payer money to modify which they do not do, they get incentives from the private investors to forclose, and they get insurance money to foreclose as well. Not to mention the fact that they get a sort of "reset" button to register the properties properly this time with a new loan, they get our land and our life time investments and they steal our futures in every way.
