Fraudulent, Forged and Intentionally Altered Documents"

Whereas, it has been disclosed through various Foreclosure Proceedings, that "Fraudulent, Forged and Intentionally Altered Documents" have been recorded in multiple Court Records and multiple County Recorders Office Records throughout the State, that the Punishment for this violation of this act shall be "Not less than 6 months, nor not greater than one year incarceration in the County jail as well as $10,000 fine" for each offense, including restitution to the Real Property owner for "all costs" incurred necessary for the removal of such illegally placed "Fraudulent, Forged and Intentionally Altered" documents.
This Bill would also include provisions to set fund for enforcement of the above Bill, tobe paid by the violators of said Bill, by each individual found in violation, in the additional amount of $25,000.00 per offense, said fund to be used for the sole purpose of establishing a "Citizen's Committee" in each and every County Recorder's Office in every County throughout the Great State of California established for the purpose of monitoring all citizen requests for review of Citizen's Complaints regarding " Illegal Foreclosures". Such Committee shall be charged with reporting of such findings directly to the County Sheriff of said County.

Why is this important?

All Court Records of Proceedings and County Recorders Office Records reflect the written History of our Great State of California for future generations to review, enjoy and to provide educational tools for future generations.
These records are the true History of the Great State of California and as such, are a valuable and irreplacable State treasure.
Whereas, there have been multiple Fraudulent, Forged and Intentionally Altered documents (such as robo-signing among various others) placed in the Court and County Recorders Offices for the purpose of manipulating the records in order to further there efforts to illegally foreclose on California Citizens Real Estate.
