We need a better free bus service at better times for remote areas so people can get jobs in cities close by and contribute to family, state, and county income.
Why is this important?
There is a free bus system between remote points in Northern New Mexico, only the times they run do not work for those seeking jobs in Taos or Espanola. Consequently the state loses income they could have from those who could work but have no way of getting in at earlier times from sites like Dixon among others. The state also ends up paying more in entitlements because the people can not get jobs. Now it comes around 10 am so no one can get a job that begins earlier.
