Higher eduction, after graduating from High school from any state of the USA, shall be free too all qualified students who are Citizens, and residents of the 50 states , terrytories, and posessions. The fees for tuition, and books, shall be free of charges and taxes. Proper allocations shall be made from the funds of United States Education Department and from each of the 50 states Education Department.
Why is this important?
To make higher education to those qualified US citizens and residents of the USA in a similar manner as other countries in the world (Switzerland, France, Spain, Mexico) where higher education is affordable to all of their residents and citizens.
