Support to uphold the state constitution which says that public education is free and open to all. It is supported by property and income taxes and not additional fees paid by parents, guardians or grandparents.
Why is this important?
I urge the citizens of Idaho to get behind free public education for all students kindergarten through the twelfth grade. Our state constitution says that elementary and secondary education is free but many parents in many parts of the state are paying fees to send their children to school. I thought our property and income taxes paid for public education.
