Free Reggie
Free Reggie Brazell, imprisoned for 30 years for non-violently stealing $80 from a store. No weapons were involved, no violence occurred, no threats were used.
Why is this important?
He admits his guilt. He paid for his crime. He robbed a convenience store of about $80. No violence was used, no weapons were displayed, no threats were made. He was imprisoned for Thirty Years in Oklahoma. He has written books helping others avoid his mistakes. He has always been a model prisoner. Reggie Brazell molders in prison waiting for true justice, not 30 years for an $80 no-violent crime. The Governor of Oklahoma could commute his sentence, but is not commuting any sentences, period. Let's petition the great State of Oklahoma to release this well-educated man who is passionate about helping others. It's far past time.
