This is a petition to request an investigation into the case of Sharon E. Duttle in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. She is innocent! Together we can bring attention to the corruption of the Animal Cruelty Task Force in New Mexico. These individuals destroy lives, families, and healthy animals. The cover-ups’, lies and judicial abuse must stop! The "GOOD OL BOY" system rules…this MUST change! Her case is not a rarity; there have been numerous other cases and complaints involving the Animal Cruelty Task force which have led to civil rights lawsuits including hers. Why is this important?
I have known this woman and her sons for 35 years and this conviction is insane! She has loved and cared for animals’ everyday of her life. She has been terrorized for five years and because she spoke up, she is now facing 25 years in prison for something she is innocent of doing.
