Free Speech for All

The three leading candidates for any public office shall receive equal speech. All media outlets including print and electronic must provide equal access, support and materials to all three leading candidates their superpacs and or surrogates. Providers who charge for ad space, print media, radio and TV ads shall match, on an equal basis, per candidate all services, material and air time provided to the initial candidate who purchases the product.

The fore mentioned media providers may charge the initial candidate up to 3 times the usual rate to cover the additional expenses. In the case of chargeable airtime the purchasing candidate, superpack or surrogate will choose the first block of air time in 30 second segments, the second and third candidate will then choose their own air time in 30 second segments on a rotating basis. The purchasing candidate will then choose another 30 second segment etc.
