Free Wooby

Allow Wooby to be freed from the purgatory that is the testing room he dwells in. . . A place where unspeakable things may have been done to him for YEARS of development for Fallout 76. Being shot, stabbed, beaten, incinerated. . . these are but a few of the things that Wooby might have had to live with. He is the only NPC in the game and is an endangered species. It is our duty to free him.
