Dear President Obama:

Please free Ramiro R. Muñiz (40288-115) from federal prison. He is an exceptional person who was an attorney and graduate of Baylor School of Law.

He was an important Civil Rights advocate. He is 72 years of age, non-violent, in poor health, and he spends the majority of his time in a wheelchair. He has submitted a Petition for Commutation of Sentence to the Office of the Pardon Attorney.

Why is this important?

Mr. Muniz should not have to spend the rest of his life, in prison for the non-violent drug offenses he was convicted of.
