Let’s turn vacant into vibrant and protect spaces meant for our youth.

While federal agencies are quietly targeting warehouses nationwide — including here in Georgia — to convert them into large detention “mega-centers,” one major proposal near Atlanta in Social Circle (about 40–45 miles away) could hold 7,500–10,000 detainees. This is part of a broader national strategy to consolidate smaller facilities into massive regional centers.

Our community deserves investment in education, opportunity, and youth development — not expansion of detention infrastructure. 💛

To understand “The Trenches Global” brand, you have to understand where it started and why.

I was raised right here in Carey Park, Atlanta, in the Etheridge Courts community AKA “The Trenches.” This neighborhood shaped who I am and showed me both the challenges we face and the potential we hold.

I refuse to let anyone tell us what we can’t become. Everything I stand for comes from wanting better for my community—safer spaces, real opportunity, and the restoration of places that once served our children and families, including the abandoned John Carey Elementary School.

This petition is about investing back into Carey Park and honoring a community that deserves to move forward, not be left behind.
