To: The United States House of Representatives

Fully Exonerate Marine Special Operators

120 Marines and Sailors were falsely accused of war crimes by Army officers which the accused never committed. Please stand now for these Marines and Sailors who bravely and honorably served in combat in urging your US Representatives of the 115th Congress to support House Resolution 21.

Why is this important?

House Resolution 21 will be voted on soon to direct the Commandant of the Marine Corps to officially state that the Marines of Fox Company were completely not at fault for the ambush and fire fight on 4 March 2007 in Bati Kot, Afghanistan. These Marines continue to suffer by being denied military promotions, being involuntarily forced from their military service and being denied civilian jobs due to the unjust stigma of these false allegations.

Reasons for signing

  • The sign of a true leader is when you keep on fighting for the lives and honor of your men, the Corp, and your country, even in the face of what appears to be insurmountable odds. Those responsible for this egregious miscarriage of justice, intentional infliction of harm to front line personnel, and wanton dereliction of duty should be held to account, including Dunford and Neller. The stain of dishonor is now fully upon them.
  • SEMPER FI !!!
  • It’s time to free them & honor them
