I propose any criminal activity by individuals representing a gang shall be prosecuted as a domestic terrorist. The crimes include in this act are drug related, violent crimes, any type of theft ( property or identity)
and fraud. The penalty for two offenses is a mandatory death sentence and the individual shall serve no more than six months on death row before their sentence is carried out, no extensions are allowed.
Why is this important?
The gang activity in Maryland is crippling the state and law enforcement is over run. I have not been personally affected by this but these individuals are targeting our kids and family members.
