Please give the rest of the state the same privilege of a moratorium from drilling as was granted to Southeastern Pennsylvania according to a sly amendment added to our state budget!! The rest of Pennsylvania deserves protection, too!
Why is this important?
Our erstwhile representatives, in all of their glory, found it in their hearts to exempt Southeastern PA from the hardships of drilling and yet continue to rape the land of both Northeastern ans Southwestern PA. what makes SEPA so special? Isn't the heatlth and welfare of the rest of the state just as important? Aren't our environment and watersheds worth protecting? Apparently NOT!!!
