Reform Georgia's law and give:
1. People who are former or current drug users access to food, housing, and employment, as well as access to clean syringes; and
2. People who witness drug overdoes the freedom to call an ambulance without having to fear arrest.
Why is this important?
The war on drugs has done more harm than good. Drug addiction is a public health issue. People who are current and former drug users should not be punished, they should be given opportunities to recover and succeed.
