US Congressional districts should be established by scientific methods, not by political parties who currently hold the majority in a state.
Why is this important?
Democracy CANNOT exist when any political party has the congressional districts gerrymandered in such a way that only their candidates can be elected. There is hardly any reason to vote in state elections when this situation exists, the fix is in and it is by law.
