Get big money out of our elections

The state of Connecticut favors an amendment to the U.S. Constitution overturning the Supreme Court decision "Citizens United vs FEC" and affirming that corporations do not have rights of persons and that Congress can limit money spent to influence elections.

Why is this important?

Passing a U.S. constitutional amendment in our state to reverse the Supreme Crt decision that corporations are persons and money is free speech. We need 27 states to pass such an amendment, and some states have already done so.
