Give non violent inmate good time for turning in gun in an effort to get guns off the streets and give our overcrowded prison system some relief!
Why is this important?
I live in the Chicago area and i have seen the affects that gun violence has on our city and I have an idea that will help remove these weapons off the streets and give our prison system some relief. This idea gets the guns out of the hands of the individuals that are more likely to use them in a crime!
