Get H.R. 1113 Out of GOP Subcommittee

To amend the 1964 Civil Rights Act to include the chronically unemployed, which is precisely what H.R. 1113 would do, but it was never allowed out of subcommittee when it was introduced in April of 2011.

Why is this important?

H.R. 1113 would make it illegal for employers to discriminate against the chronically unemployed by making the unemployed a protected class under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
