Get Special Interest Money out of Campaigns

(CONSTITUENTS ONLY CAMPAIGN FINANCING)

Our elected Representatives--Candidates--are being chosen, not by OUR VOTES, but by Special Interests' & Lobbyist's MONEY.

MONEY dominates our elections, Local, State and Federal.

The systemic—root--problem for our Republic is the failure to eliminate the corruptive Power of Money.
Informed people know that trying to restrain “giving” is unconstitutional.

Someone must champion the only effective way to inhibit “Corpocracy”- by passing a law against ACCEPTING money from non-voters.
This would make it an IRS violation for corporations and lobbyists to make cash gifts and outlaw the real bribery, called “campaign financing”.

Corporations are not citizens and should not be able to finance elections.

PACS AND CORPORATIONS CAN'T VOTE. IT SHOULD BE UNLAWFUL FOR THEM TO BUY VOTES AS WELL.

Politicians, for all Federal, State, and Local offices, should not be allowed to accept money from anyone not in their voting district.
Special Interests, outside our representatives' voting districts, nullify the voters' rights by buying influence with money. We should send the overdue message to our elected officials that
“If the Giver Can’t Vote (for you), YOU can’t accept the money.”

The power of Special Interests' Money, to nullify voters' rights, denies the essence of Democracy.
We must make it a felony for any elected official to accept money from any person or entity which cannot vote in that legislator's district.

THINK ABOUT IT!

IT WOULD:
Resolve the need for "Campaign Finance Reform Efforts" (that don't work anyway);
Corporations, PACS, and Special Interest's Lobbyists, can't vote, so they would be unable to buy "access" (votes);
Lobbyists are liable to the IRS, for money that they collect and give under their own names;
Require all contributions to be tied to the voters in the officials' own districts;
This can be implemented State by State, (Blue and RED), so Congress can't stifle it.

AN IDEA WHOSE TIME HAS COME.!!!
