The State of Utah shall not pay for nor provide, through any sale, scheme or device, health insurance coverage to any present or former legislator, or to that legislator's family, by virtue soley of that legislator's service as a legislator.
Why is this important?
Utah's legislators berate all government provided health care except that they have provided to themselves, retired legislators and all of their families. I want to make them live up to their professed ideals
