Give Gun Violent Victims the same access to politicians as gun lobbyists

Give gun violence victims and victim families the same access to law makers as the gun lobbyists and NRA have through the process of redefining gun legislation.

Why is this important?

The NRA and gun rights lobbyists have significantly more access to lawmakers because they are big donors. Gun violence victims and victims families deserve equal access. As we have seen in the past, (with energy regulations), those who have the most to gain financially from legislation are the same one ones who can make the most political contributions. Money leads to access. Gun violence victims deserve to be heard.
