Put a stop to Penalizing against Previous Felons Who Have Changed their Lives in a Positive Way, Give Them A Second Chance.
Why is this important?
For a person who has a felony or felonies on their record not to be penalized & denied or either their children to suffer when trying to apply for any type of low income governmental housing. Especially if no other form of crime was commited by them within several years. Everyone has the right to be given a second chance and forgiven for mistakes they have made but how can they be if no one will let them.
