If the monies already deducted from the US Social Security fund were
not legally deducted- then replace these monies and return them to the
taxpayers and survivors of taxpayers that they should belong to.
Why is this important?
We seniors are already living beneath the cost of living. These monies
were deducted from our personal or our spouses earnings for many years
and much of this was borrowed on by the government over the years.
The Supreme Court now says this law is not legal-well, if not, then give us
back the money that was deducted, and leave the whole thing alone from
now on!
