US citizens should have the right to know if they are eating genetically modified foods. Let's make it mandatory to label any food product or condiment that contains GMO products. If they are so wonderful, why can't they inform us which ones are GMO.
Why is this important?
This petitiion is about allowing people to be informed when they are eating GMO foods. As a clinician practicing for 30 years I have seen many clients become ill from foods that are genetically modified. They had no idea they were eating foods that had been tampered with. People have a right to know.
