Establish a Citizens Redistricting Panel. Put the responsibility for this job where it belongs with the citizens of Kentucky.
Why is this important?
All people in the state have a right to vote. Right now politics has a strangle hold on the Kentuckians ability to elect the people they want to represent them. Kentuckians need a Redistricting Panel of CITIZENS to establish the redistricting lines. No pol is going to think of the citizens when this is done! We need what Californians have done & put this responsibility where it belongs in the peoples hands.
