Gov. Cuomo: Pardon Cecily McMillan!
25-year-old Cecily McMillan was just convicted of second-degree assault for fighting back against Officer Grantley Bovell after he allegedly groped her and then left her without care when she suffered from a seizure or panic attack.
She faces seven years in prison and is currently at Riker's without bail. But Governor Cuomo knows the NYPD were incredibly brutal during the Occupy crackdown. Please, join us in calling on him to pardon Cecily McMillan and let this victim of police abuse go home!

Why is this important?
You'd think when a police officer assaults a civilian and causes her to have convulsions, the cop would be the one who ends up on trial.
Not so if you're an Occupy protester. Then a cop can grope you, attack you and abandon you — and you'll be charged with felonies for elbowing him back.
