Gov. Ducey: Mandate Masks in Arizona!

Gov. Ducey: Mandate Masks in Arizona!

Governor Ducey, sign a mask mandate requiring masks to be worn at all times outside the home in Arizona until the COVID-19 crisis is over.

Why is this important?

COVID-19 cases are climbing in Arizona, as they are around the country. Arizona hospitals are already becoming overwhelmed, and many of our rural healthcare facilities are not equipped to handle a serious surge in COVID cases.

We can stop more Arizonans from dying from COVID-19 but we need officials at every level of government to step up.

As healthcare workers and patients standing together, we believe It’s time to confront the virus directly and take the steps health experts tell us will save lives. It’s time to require everyone to wear a mask when we are outside of our homes. We can prevent so many deaths and needless suffering by just taking this simple step.

Let’s tell Governor Ducey that he needs to step up and make masks mandatory in our state.

Reasons for signing

  • Stop the spread!
  • Ducey is not going to do anything constructive without pressure.
  • 1) Medical experts have listed wearing a mask as one of the most important weapons to prevent and or slowing the spread of the COVID. 2) My individual freedom stops at the point I endanger your life. I live in a tribe (society) not a cave. If I lived in a cave then I wouldn't wear a mask. My choice. 3) It is my choice to live among the group. So I wear the mask. All those who don't wear a mask should agree to forfeit there right to be treated for those who do.
