Gov. Jindal: You can't censor criticism just because you don't like it!
Louisiana is suing MoveOn.org for "violating trademark rules." Why? Because it dared to use billboard and TV ads to be critical of Gov. Bobby Jindal — and used the state's tourism logo and motto in their parody.
It's pathetic that a state crippled by debt is spending taxpayer money on a frivolous lawsuit, ignoring free speech protections to fight those who dare oppose their refusal to give health care to the people of Louisiana.
Call on Gov. Bobby JIndal and Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne to respect those protection, and stop trying to silence their lawful critics!

Why is this important?
This fight isn't about protecting Louisiana's "brand": it's about silencing the GOP's critics, no matter how much parody and political opposition are protected by free speech.
