Research has shown that the roads are safer and tax payers pay less when undocumented residents have drivers licenses.
Currently, conservative state legislators are working on a compromise bill similar to Utahs. Yet the Governor states she will not sign it. We need to let her know her agenda is not in line with us-the people.
Why is this important?
I have been in an accident where the uninsured person got away with
not paying a dime. Myself and my insurance however had to foot the bill. Everyone should have to have a drivers license and auto insurance who drives on our roads. It's the only sane choice for safety and accountability.
