California State Employees who work in high-cost areas can no longer afford to live where they work. Please support a Geographical Pay structure for your employees.
Why is this important?
I work in the San Francisco Bay area but can not live near my work. I have a 58-mile commute adding to global warming and climate change. I Agree with Governor Brown's calls to action to change our behaviors and save our planet. I believe the governor should do all he can to address this issue and compensating his employees so they can live where they work could go a long way in reaching his goals.
