Article XII - 13(b) of NYS Constitution provides that "any district attorney who shall fail faithfully to prosecute a person charged with the violation in his or her county of any provision of this article which may come to his or her knowledge, shall be removed from office by the governor."
Why is this important?
District Attorney Spota must immediately be removed. The corruption, nepotism, and selective prosecution has lead to careers being destroyed, lives being lost, and massive corruption in Suffolk County. The Suffolk County taxpayers cannot withstand one more day of this abuse.
