Stop the proposed cuts in funding Special Education in the Country especially in CT.
Why is this important?
I am personally impacted because I am a Minister in the Community and many kids are mentally challenged, disabled, austistic need to be helped. These kids are vulnerable. There should be no cuts to any of the program affecting these kids in our State--CT
