To: Governor Jim Justice

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin it is time to resign.

Governor Tomblin's handling of the chemical spill has been unconscionable for our state's top elected official. Your meeting with the "stakeholders" included leaders from the business community and lobbyist but citizens organizations held not even a single seat at the table.

The bills you have been proposing have still favored little regulation for an under-regulated industry.

The people are outraged and want you to resign.

Why is this important?

One in six West Virginians were affected by the Freedom Industry Chemical spill and Governor Tomblin has failed the citizens of West Virginia by cow towing to the extraction industries once again.
