Tell the Governor to get the Federal Government to clean up and shore up radioactive waste tanks at Hanford Nuclear Reservation, now.
Why is this important?
The aging T-111 radioactive waste tank at Hanford Nuclear Reservation (said to be the nation’s most contaminated nuclear site) in south-central Washington, is now leaking.
This highly radioactive liquid waste may be making its way toward the nearby Columbia River, which supplies drinking water and agricultural irrigation.
The integrity of our drinking water and food supply should be of primary concern to the citizens of our State and must be protected.
