Governor Kate Brown: Stop Fracked Gas Infrastructure in Oregon!
I strongly oppose the Jordan Cove Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal and the Pacific Connector Pipeline.
In addition to the serious threats they pose to Oregon’s waterways, the power plant needed to run the LNG terminal would become the largest source of greenhouse gases in the state.
We’re already seeing the impacts of climate change -- it’s clear Oregon should be moving away from fossil fuels, including natural gas, and making a rapid transition to renewable energy.
Please deny the Clean Water Action 404 and 401 permits for the Jordan Cove Liquefied Natural Gas and Pacific Connector Pipeline projects.

Why is this important?
A Canadian company, Pembina, wants to build a massive fracked gas export terminal in southern Oregon. It would include a 229-mile-long pipeline and a huge liquified natural gas (LNG) facility in Coos Bay.
We need to make it clear to Governor Kate Brown and her administration that we won't allow more fracked gas infrastructure in our state.
Send a message to Governor Kate Brown to STOP the Jordan Cove LNG terminal and the Pacific Connector fracked gas pipeline.
