PURPOSE: TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE ALL EFFORTS TO REMOVE DANGEROUS WEAPONS FROM OUR STREETS AND FROM THE HANDS OF DANGEROUS PEOPLE.
1. BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS AND OTHER RAPID FIRE LONG GUNS
2. LIMIT THE NUMBER OF GUNS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED AT ONE TIME
3. IMPLEMENT A UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECK FOR GUN BUYERS
Why is this important?
We are mothers and grandmothers who have a responsibility to the generations that follow us to leave a legacy of working toward change we believe in. Gun control is one of those changes we believe in.
