giving grandparents the rights to adopt there grandkids when the parents of the children parental rights have been terminated instead of the state giving them to some one else or strangers give them to the grandparents or family members
Why is this important?
THE REASON IM STARTING THIS PETITION IS BECAUSE I HAVE TWO BI-RACIAL GRANDKIDS AND FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET CUSTODY OF THEM BUT NO ONE IN THE LEGAL FIELD WANTS TO TOUCH THE CASE IVE HAD 2 ATTORNEYS WHICH WHERE NO GOOD AND AS TIME GOES ON IM LOOSING A BATTLE THAT IM TRYING TO FIGHT MY HARDEST FOR BECAUSE OF MY JOB THE STATE DECIDED THAT I COULDNT GET THEM
