In Florida, there are no rights for grandparents if you are a grandparent who is not allowed to see your grandchildren because of the parent; if the parent refuses phone calls or just refuses any contact with the child because they are angry or being spiteful and vindictive. We need this changed NOW. Our grandchildren are growing up without us in their lives. They need us and we need them.
