Grants for Independent Peer-Reviewed Cybernated Renewable Resource Projects

If an independent, non-profit volunteer peer review determines the feasibility of a self-sustaining resource project, a grant may be issued with the purpose in mind to produce the tools/implements necessary for the success and proliferation of the renewable resource. If the cost of the prototype exceeds two million dollars, then the grant must be approved by the ways and means committee.

Examples of Cybernated, self-sustaining renewable resources include, but are not limited to:

1.) Automated Aquaponic/Hydroponic Farm Systems that can function fully year-round in all weather, consistently providing organic, non GMO food free of pesticides, and chemical fertilizers)

2.) Infrastructure made with enormously abundant materials that require little to no maintenance that is inexpensive to repair and to manufacture.

3.) The development of building materials that has no negative environmental impact and are comprised of abundant materials. These materials could and should not be flammable or able to be degraded by weather or elements.

Why is this important?

In a world that has increasingly limited resources, corporations cannot be counted on to solve these problems. Scarcity and problems that need patchwork, while financially lucrative, cause more social, environmental, and economic problems in the long run. In order for problems to be solved (of which all problems are technical in nature, and by definition are likely to have an effective solution) the institutions that benefit financially from these problems or would be forced out of business because of the solving of the problems shall not be allowed to exercise any protest once a successful, positive peer review has been established.
